Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the custom nature of branded items we assess returns and refunds on a case by case basis. Please refer to the information below to assist your return.

Please note:
We cannot accept any item that has been worn and/or washed.
*Returns & refunds must be processed within 15 days of receiving items.

The best place to contact our staff is through your Shopify account.

 

Items with a Conestoga standard logo

A full credit is available for unworn, undamaged, and unwashed goods*. S&H fees may apply, however we have a drop-off facility in Cambridge.

 

Items with a "School of" text

The following applies:

Items with custom text or designs

The following applies:
Custom embroidered text or designs
Custom heat-sealed text or designs
Custom tackle-twill text or designs
Custom silkscreened text or designs

We are unable to offer refunds on custom decorated apparel.
If you notice a mistake on your order contact us immediately.

 

Defective items

If an item you have is defective contact us through your Shopify customer portal to notify us. Please send a picture of the item, specifically any defective areas.
We will work with the supplier to exchange or repair the jacket in a timely manner.
